We made aliyah from Los Angeles on July 19, 2016. A year later to the day, on July 19, 2017, we opened the first Shimmy’s in the Golan Heights. We’ve been growing ever since.
Chef Todd Aarons is the chef behind Shimmy’s. Our crispy chicken is battered fresh for every order.
Up in the Golan, at Bar & Grill in Bnei Yehuda and HaMirpeset in Chispin, our classic burgers are grilled over charcoal.
In Modi’in, Hadera and Jerusalem, we grind our beef fresh in-house for smash burgers on an American potato bun. Our 100% beef American hot dog and our sauerkraut are our own recipes, made just for us. And our onion rings are dipped in fresh batter.
